    Hi Jordan, I got a little fed up with the stiff suspension on mine, these are delivered from the factory on the road settings, whilst these are ok on smoother roads, however when riding the awful British roads we seem to have, I got fed up with feeling every bump and undulation that transmitted to by back, so decided to adjust the suspension, starting with the front forks I adjusted the Compression, Rebound and Preload to a softer setting, then adjusted the rear Ohlins shock Compression and Rebound again to a softer setting, then measured and adjusted the Sag. All in all it only took 20 minutes from start to finish, the only tools you require is the one supplied by Triumph for the front fork Compression and Rebound (round alloy key) and the allen key in the tool kit under the seat (minimal) and a C Spanner for the rear spring spring. I went out on a 100 mile round trip in cold and damp conditions, and what a transformation, I no longer feel like I have been jarred about. The STRS has to be one of the easiest and straightforward machines to adjust the suspension on that I have done.

    Nice - haven't seen those before. I may well investigate further into one of those as it looks ideal for working on the T3s! The only 'downside' is that it's static - the 1Jac does provide secure mobility for storage and (some) maintenance work. Cheers Baza.

    One of the mods I intend for mine is to put some wheels on it by using RHS that fit inside the original “H” section base members allowing you to increase the “footprint” of the stand for added peace of mind.

    However, care needs to be taken to not overdo the the ground clearance as the wheel supports, which is the option I have, may not fit under the tyres.

    With regard to stability the website used to have, and may still have, a short video of the stand, with a bike fully elevated on a smooth painted concrete floor and he is sliding the stand and bike around as if it were on ice. Like this

    I also particularly like their bike wheel chock, also shown in this video on the front wheel, but can be used on the back wheel.

    My reason for going for the wheel lifts was that they allowed me to lift my Ducati with all the fairing panels on and allowing me to remove them when the bike is elevated.

    PS I chose to go and collect my stand and found the guys really helpful and willing to give you their time in discussing the use of the stand and the other figments that would be more appropriate to my old Meriden machine.

    After owning this bike for a month and 1500km, I can confirm, that it is the single greatest motorcycle that has ever existed. Every motorcycle I have ridden does not come CLOSE to the experience this machine gives you! Other bikes are good, each with their own strengths, but none as exhilarating and refined as the Striple RS. All hail triumph and the glory of the 3 cylinder!:heart_eyes:
