Thruxton 1200 Seat

Hi, I’m looking for a Triumph Thruxton 1200 seat, I’ve got a leather seat cover that I want to fit but want to keep the original seat as well, so if you have a seat (doesn’t matter if the cover is damaged) please let me know, thanks Mark.

 

Hi Matt, thanks very much for asking, when I found how easy it was to remove the original seat cover without damaging it I recovered my original seat, ref photo.

 

Cheers Matt, as you can see I fitted the stubby reverse cones as well, they save a heck of a lot of weight, sound really good with the baffles in, a bit too loud for my taste with them out though .
They are branded as Weslake, but I’ve seen them under different brand names as well, no doubt knocked up in China, very good quality and fit though if anyone is thinking of fitting similar
