    Very well done; inspiring stuff!

What do you ride? I'm sure you've said previously...

I’m glad you triple bungee’d that box, wouldn’t want me next kidney skopping out of the side! ;)

    And we’re there…!!!

Last night was my first shift!! I signed on just after half six and got my first run at 7:15pm…Tooting to Frimley…Lovely! I know both well so wasn’t too much bother!

Crispey kindly met me at Tooting to “hold my hand” and it was great to FINALLY meet him! Completed the run with no drama and wasn’t called on for the rest of the shift!

I realised something too on the way to Frimley…all the bits I was nervous about (strapping the box on, paperwork etc…) are a tiny portion of the night…the majority is riding which is the reason I’m doing it. I love riding and can do that, so…

I am now very much looking forward to my next shift (29th) and I may even put my big boy pants on and do it on my own!

Thanks all, I guess that wraps up this journey to becoming a blood biker!
