    Mayotte
    Hello to all!
I just moved from Mainland France to a tiny island in the Indian Ocean which is a French department, and bought there a fourth hand Speed Four to explore it.

Mayotte is located roughly in the middle between Madagascar island and the East Coast of Africa (Mozambique), and the climate is hot all the time.

The roads can be decent but the speed is officialy limited to 70km/h... (Ah ah ah!... Hum.)
I probably won't be able to enjoy it to its full potential though, since there are other sorts of more pressing concerns here as well (people drive more carelessly generally, gnus like to roam wherever, rain season for 6 months, fuel quality is not as good as what you might be used to...).
(By the way, before moving to the southern hemisphere, I used to own a first gen yam fazer 600 and a lot of fun with it. I am still surprised I still got my driving licence and my life.. )
Anyway, after buying it and bringing it back home from the previous owner who said that he juste changed the oil, the oil light started flashing which i don't like at all ; especially since it's even harder here to get parts or find a decent mechanic (way harder!^^)
Therefore i'll be asking for the manual as I saw a thread on the forum where some nice people amongst you were offering Dropbox links to it! :)
(I'd buy the real one if only I could source it anywhere...)

    Mayotte? Hmmm......gnus to me........
Sorry! There is a CD available with workshop and parts manuals. Something like "The CD Man". If you can't find I will send you one. I think I have a spare.
Just waiting the arrival of my first Speed 4. I have had a TT600 sitting in the garage for ten years. Rode it once and didn't like it. Speed 4 is a different bike. I remember riding and being impressed at the launch in Australia. And I am newly in touch with an owner who has commissioned a local workshop to copy the belly pan if you need one. Enjoy the bike!
