    Hi all,

When I got my 2010 T100 a couple of months ago I put a Dart classic screen on it. It mounts on each side of the headlight assembly. I noticed that even with the bolts fully tightened the whole headlight assembly (with attached screen) moves up and down easily by hand and even a little bit while I'm riding. Is that normal? Shouldn't there be a point where it is tight enough to stay firmly in place?

No, it should not move. I have a Dart screen on a Speed Twin, mounts the same way, and it is firmly in place with no wiggle, even while running.

I have a Dart fly screen on my 2006 T100 Bonneville and yes it does move a tiny bit even when the headlamp bolts are done up tight.
There is not enough movement to alter the headlight aim though.

Thanks all. I think the whole thing moves a bit too much. I will look at it further, and maybe a bigger spanner!
