    Hi
I am trying everything on this. Fuse fine. Bulb fine. Checked continuity from wire connected to sender on top of cylinder to bulb holder. All other warning bulbs are good (neutral, high beam and oil pressure)
Bit worried on this as I think bike may have a head gasket problem and just about to put carbs etc back on to test this. I have a new fan and checked this works so I think i will just get it going and check fan kicks in and keep a close eye on coolant level and exhaust.
    Any help appreciated

    Hi there,
It's sounding like your bike is in a stripped state if the carbs are off?
Probably disturbed a connection or two?
Not sure if the temp is your main concern if you think that you have a head gasket issue?
A little bit of a confusing first (ish) post?

Thanks for response . Only had bike for a few weeks . Temp light not working from start so not connections disturbed but think I will park this issue for another day. Head gasket is main concern so will focus on getting bike up and running. Thanks again
