  1. Hello. Yes I’ve read somewhere that removing the cat will reduce heat. But in Greece that’s illegal. Currently there’s an offer on the twin from the Greek dealer so I’m thinking of getting one...

I used to ride my Street Twin while wearing shorts and occasionally my left calf would touch something hot ( Nothing serious) when riding, and I’m a short ass.
    Cheers,Ken.

It's illegal here as well. That didn't stop my Triumph dealer offering to do it before I even collected the bike when new!

Hello. I picked up a new 2020 Street Twin on April 3rd. I just put 525 miles on it so far. A week or so ago it was around 88 degrees F in Wisconsin USA and I did notice some heat on my right leg near the inside calf. It wasn't unbearable but I remember seeing a video that mentioned heat and I think this is what they meant. I had been riding for about an hour at speeds of 45 to 55 mph. This was the hottest weather I've rode the ST in. I didn't notice it in cooler weather. FYI, I'm 5'9" with a 31 inch inseam.
