I will make my own aluminium top yokes, I have taken all measurements and now we are making a nice design with solid work.
This is what I’m looking for as I believe it’s a beautiful pice

 

One thing that really overtakes me is how heavy many part are in comparing with bikes I use to work at (Italian classics & superbikes), My idea was not make to much changes in this bike but some stuff like footrests, rear brake system, brake discs are very bulky and heavy

 

It's all I can do to take it apart, clean it and put it back together. I wish I could do this stuff, machining any part I wanted. Where do you live, can I buy a house there? Are you married? Do you need a home help? Someone to clean the pool? I hate you.

A made some new hydraulic hoses, I have to confess they are a bit of overkill, they are the same one we use at offshore vessels and at oil-rigs good for 68bar pressure .
But as this is what I have this is what I use...

 

Tomorrow I give the wheels a last polish making them look ok

 

Back on wheels again!

Thats nice and all but I haven't seen your you wee blue stool in a while?

 

No time for my little thinking stool, just tighten bolts whole the time now

 

My idea is to start the engine this coming week if possible

 

A SS rear fender just arríate at the post box this afternoon, I have just decided to put fender high up and the steering bar, It wasn’t in my planes making a scrambler but suddenly......

I will do the new seat this weekend, It will be much lighter then the have OEM unit as I make it in composite, and the good thing is that I have a someone helping me
