    Hi.

I'm replacing the rear shocks on my 2019 Speed Twin.

Before I start the job I would like to know the torque values for the rear shock bolts.

Haynes don't as yet offer a manual for the Speed Twin, I can't seem to find any relevant info on the Internet, so can anybody here help?

    Thanks,

    Trev.

Before you loosen the bolts as they are now, put on your torque wrench with the setting very low. Keep increasing the setting slightly until it no longer just clicks. Repeat on the other side. You will then find what they were set to. Hopefully they will be the same. It may not be exact but it will be near enough.

Haynes do a manual for water cooled bonnies, the thruxton is in there which should be the same. I had the manual but sold it when the thruxton went or I would have looked it up for you.
