Welcome to the forum Milan. Hopefully someone will be along with better knowledge to help. Best to start with the simple stuff like the battery! Modern bikes do not like a weak battery!

Hello Andy. This problem was from the bike was new. The service here at Slovakia is working on it for 7month without any results.

In that case, it might be worth trying to get Triumph to replace the bike as it seems a case of 'not fit for purpose'. I do hope you get a favourable outcome in any case!

Do you have any contact at Triumph to discussion this problem? I tried to send the email to after sales but I still don’t have any answer.

I'm not sure of the process in Slovakia. I think here in the UK you take the issue up with your local dealer. @littleade knows more about this kind of situation.

Hi and welcome.... As you are not in the UK and your dealer has not resolved your issues, I would suggest you write to Triumph at:

    Triumph Motorcycles Ltd,
    Harrowbrook Road,
    Hinckley, Leicestershire,
    LE10 3DJ.

You can explain that you have been having trouble with the bike from new and what your dealership have done for you up until now. You can request any assistance that they can offer. Got to be worth a try.
