So my 2016 Speed Triple S threw a P2103 code the other day (throttle actuator), so I started pulling things apart to investigate.
I found the attached broken sector gear sitting loosely in front of the battery. I cannot figure out where it has come from? Or even if it's off my bike at all.
    Does anyone have any insight?

PS: the code cleared after a a day of having the battery disconnected, everything is working fine.
