Hey everyone, thanks for having me. I'm looking into getting a Triumph and I believe this site will help me decide. Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe!
Welcome from Wichita, I'm a old phart (60) riding a 19 street triple rs. My first new bike in 50 years of riding.
Hi MadMrB, I'm really liking the Bonneville. Love the America but I don't know if it will be a big enough cruiser for the highways. .
Welcome! I bought an '06 Bonneville earlier this year. To be fair, I bought it as a second bike for short trips and sprints. I haven't regretted it for one minute. It is tons of fun and I think I'm the only one in town with a Triumph -which makes it even more special. All that to say if you get one odds are you'll fall in love.
Hi Joe and welcome to the forum TBird Storm are larger (& older) cruisers, America and Speedmaster are good for size and weight. If you do look at newer rides, test ride a Bonneville Speedmaster 1200
Hi and welcome.... loads of really good triumphs out there, test ride as many as you can before making any decision
Joe61 Welcome to the family. Yes the thunderbird is quite ample for highway motoring So is the Bonneville. But if it is with a lot of kit then the Sprint is your baby. Joe.
go to a dealer, have a sit on all the bikes, see which catches you eye (and wallet) and feels right....book a test ride.. don't buy until you try... and ignore the techno babble and sales pitch - go see what you like or don't C
