Recently purchased a Street Scrambler loving the speed limiter, last Triumph was a T150V The SS is First bike with a chain since I sold that one. Had succession of big tourers and been all over Europe but those days have gone. Major surgery means can’t manage the weight. Part exed a Buell Firebolt for the Scrambler, at 72 was a bit too radical esp. on the wrists, had a Uly and liked the wide bars etc.,hence the Scrambler. Just for sunny days on the lanes of Sussex and Kent. First time for a long time the only bike in the garage looking forward to tarting, sorry customising, it over the winter after it’s first service. Already learned something on here.
" the lanes of Sussex and Kent." takes me back more than a few years ..... a run out from the Deal area to Hastings finding a nice country pub on the way... happy days
