Yesterday was such a beautiful day & the decorating was getting the better of me I convinced myself that I needed a bike ride.
What a most pleasant day it was too.
Went up to high beach (Epping Forest way), had a quick drink & then decided I`d find somewhere to take some pictures of my beloved Thruxton.
The Sun was just shining through the tree`s & I got some really lovely shots of the bike........Superb.
I can`t upload them here as the files are too big, but I`ve put some on my gallery (Last 12 pics), if ya wanna take a gander.
What a great start to the biking season.

Lovely pics. Wish I could've got out - lovely day for it. I used to blast up and down the A414 quit often, and more recently found some great roads from Epping way and heading up to Stansted and Finchingfield.

    Thanks Yaya rider.
Do you ever get up High beach???? I`m up there quite a bit.
I love the roads around Finchingfield. Roads around Fyfield/Matching Green/Harlow are good too.
Last time I took any pictures of my other bike was in South of France by a stream. Seemed like a good idea at the time, but although the tiger 800 went down to the stream easily enough, it took me & my mate 10 minutes to get her free as the ground was very soft & the bike fully laden...Oh dear

No I've never got over that way, always turn right at the end of Gravel lane and head towards Abridge. Will head towards High Beech next time I'm over that way
