Jeez! You are all lightweights... literally! I am twenty one and a half stone. OK, in my defence I am six foot three and my chest (yes chest not waist) is 54" but, despite a decent amount of muscle and bone making up the 'total package' I am still a fat git as well. The lightest weight I ever was was fourteen and a half stone and folks kept asking if I was dying of something because I looked that thin!
That BMI thing is a load o ballax (IMO). I'm 6'2" and around 14 and a half stone, and classed as overweight!! I'm an athlete, a tell thi!
The bmi is fraught with issues (As pointed out) and should only be used as part of a holistic assessment. But it’s good for a shock “I’m overweight!!! Really???” Kinda thing
I'd rather have thi sarnie. I can't for t'life o mi see what all t'fuss is about wi KFC. I think it's really, really over rated. Our lass loves it, though!
