I currently ride a Ducati super sport thinking of purchasing a street twin not enjoying the heat coming from under seat of the Ducati also not very comfortable .I realize these are two different types of bikes but are there any heat issues with the 2020 street twin?

Hi and welcome. Where are you Skip? I have not not had a problem with heat being uncomfortable, but I am in the UK!

I have noticed the bike does quickly heat up in congestion and there is noticeable warmth from the front of the engine when the fan kicks in. Apparently an x pipe reduces that. Once moving little heat noticable to me.

    Hi Skip
Can't say I've noticed any heat problems with my 900 ss but you should get less heat from an unfaired bike

Hi Skip and welcome to the forum  the naked parallel twins generally keep heat to the front, so riders are cool :p

I dropped the CAT on my TFC and went with Arrow headers ..less heat. I believe Akropovic makes a nice exhaust for the Duc ( they did on earlier versions) this may help ..

No heat issues w/ my Street Twin and really love the bike. I have a 2018 w/ 8,200 miles now. No issues and the bike has worked well. Mine below.
