Hi, I am about to make a combo of KN air filter + long TORs + decat (crossover) on my TB1600 US version. What fuel map is best to download and from where (othere than tuneECU site)?

Also how can I tell if my bike has a "secondary air injection"?

I don't know much about where to get ECU maps, but can I suggest that if you're doing all of that, you get a power commander fitted with a custom tune. It'll necessarily not only make it run sweeter than any off-the-shelf map would anyway, but especially with the decat, I've heard it's almost a necessity to get it to even run correctly.

For what it's worth, I have all of the above minus the decat, and have a power commander, it runs really nicely with a decent bump in power, the power commander was £500 (inc VAT) installed and dyno'd and custom tuned.

As for secondary injection, I think all 1600+ TBs have it, but I just went to look on mine (TBird Commander) which definitely has it, to see if I could find it and take a pic for you. Unfortunately, unlike my 865 speedmaster, I can't actually see it. But if you ever hear "popping on the overrun" (i.e. you hit the throttle for a bit, then close it off quickly, and as the revs come down you hear a "pah pah pah" noise), then you do have it.

    Hi David
Can you tell me where you got your Power Commander from please?
I also have a 1700 Commander, & am just about to fit the long TOR pipes on it.
    Cheers.
