So, You like semi naked birds, ie. half plucked? (Rhymes with?) Is that just other Ducks, or does it include Drakes too? ;).

Actually, Ken, I think I was probably praying! :p:) This photo was taken prior to our first class and track session and I'd never before been on a track or on a bike like the BMW S1000RR and I was feeling a wee bit anxious. ;)

those of us who have wives that ride with us are truly blessed, and I tell people "my wife has the ink to prove it!" ;)

Great photos, @2wheelsforfun! Thanks for sharing them. If we lived closer I'd love to meet Jodie. Well, and you, too. ;) She looks good on the Street Triple and she's stylin' in that Triumph jacket and Shoei helmet.:) Please tell her I said so! Love that "blessed" tat, too.

That tidy Street Triple she's on--her "forever bike" as she calls it--is a beauty. But I do have to say that I've had multiple bikes that were "forever bikes". Key word being WERE. :joy:

Hmmm...two pics, a cold day in London, 1980, and picking up the new Street Twin, Sydney, 2020. Forty years apart, same lady. Used to ride but these days prefers sitting behind and criticising me!

Glad you enjoyed my write up, @Sullivs! And Keith Code's book, too. I have two of his books and find them very informative and helpful, but dense reading.

It was great to meet Keith in person and he was involved and around the whole time both days. He didn't teach my levels, however. They were taught by his son, Dylan. If I remember correctly, Keith taught level four students. At that level the lessons and skills are individualized for each student.

Having never done this school, I started at level one the first day then did level two the second day. The Keith Code School starts everyone who has not done their particular school at level one even if you have track and racing experience. That group had the largest number of students which evidently is typical. If I did the school again I would start at level three the first day and do level four on the second day. You can, however, repeat levels you have previously completed. There were about half a dozen level for students who were doing level four for the third, fourth, or fifth time and they worked on different skills each time as they improved.

Probably more amazing that we haven't strangled each other yet! ;)
Unfortunately, we don't still have the '77 Bonnie. It was sold when we emigrated in '97.
