Twice now the fuel cap on my street scrambler has come loose despite being screwed on and locked. I was about to post about it this afternoon on the scrambler Facebook group and someone else had also posted that it had happened to them. these are the standard Triumph chrome fuel cap. has anyone else had this problem?
Hi yes. After the first time it happened I made sure I did. The other guy on the scrambler group said if you pull and twist you can get it to come out.
I haven't had this issue, but the rubber pad on the underside of the keyhole cover came off after the 3rd fill. I've yet to glue it back on.
