Anyone know the fuel capacity of the T595 Daytona?

I've seen a couple of figures quoted (18 or 21 litres) but it would be useful to know the real-world capacity.

Today, after 145 miles the fuel light came on and I filled up at 151 miles with 3.61 gallons. With fuel stations few and far between (in the North Pennines anyway) it would be good to know how many litres remain in the tank when the fuel light comes on and how many miles can be covered before being stranded without fuel.

I got 41.8 mpg over fairly mixed riding, some gentle, some not so gentle. Quite impressed with that. But clearly, I'm not trying hard enough.

Sounds like more gentle than not so gentle! :p
I normally get to light on somewhere between 120-130 miles.
Capacity is 21 ltrs. Fuel light on with 4 ltrs remaining so approx 25-30 miles.

Just the info I needed. Thanks.

After 30 years without owning a bike, I'm still getting used to all that performance, so taking it fairly steady.

Back in the day, my Norton 850 Commando felt ballistic, but the Daytona T595 is in a different league altogether!

    Loving it though.

Capacity of all the early T300 triumph variants is , 21 litres main tank and 4 litre reserve !
I got close to 500 km on a tank , gentle throttle use long trip across the Nullarbor WA to SA and on into Victoria.
    21 km/ltr.

I think it must be 21 litres (4.6 galls) including reserve for the T595. I put in 16.4 litres (3.6 gallons) just after the fuel light came on so that leaves a gallon reserve.

If I'm wrong, no doubt someone will be along to say so.

25 litres. Just saying ! Having run bone dry ! Here in Australia you can ride more than 260 km between fuel stops ! Ran dry had exactly 5 ltrs in a jeryy , rode 50/60 kms to next stop and put 22 ltrs in to fill it !

    Just saying !
