i honestly do not get this in the slightest. I cannot see why you would name an inanimate object, a while ago, after being asked what i call my, bike/car/lorry repeatedly the answers is "steffi, because it sounds like "stiffy" and thats what i feel when im on/in her in reality i dont call them anything, its a machine.....

Well due to a lack of imagination, my Street Twin is just called ''Bonnie'' . My TR35WD is however called ''Start you Bastard'' due to the fact that when I got it the machine had not been used for yonks. The tyres have a 1989 manufacture code. So it finds a different reason not to start each week.
My went through a few fancy names, until my goddaughter settle the issue by saying: "it's big and black and white like a panda bear!". Big Panda it is.
Pics of my Maddie, the ZZR was the first super bike I ever owned when they first came on the market.it was then the fastest production bike., I brought Maddie on a nastalgyer trip. The power in these bikes just blow you away.i still love the thrill of riding her,although there not speed camera shy and it's easy to get carried away on one. I love my Triumph but the ZZR was to me in a class of it's own .
We have always named our vehicles for some reason. The Wrangler is the "Bear", the Winnebago is "Scarlett", the Bonneville is "Bonnie" but only because the Goldwing is "Clyde".
The "wife"........ love at first sight, sexy curves, and a great ride...... then came the expense, high maintence and the rides became occasional and only on her terms...... leaving me broke and frustrated
Never really gave mine traditional names. My little 300 Kwak was called Green Mamba my Street I just call the Smile Machine
How they got there names Green godless because she's the same colour as the Army green goddesses, And I'm not religious. Envy because she's green . Penelope because she's a Thunderbird and like lady Penelope, shes A posh bird and high maintenance when I got her. Maddie after Madonnas song vouge.(strike a pose) . As she seems to pull a crowd when I take her anywhere .
