Every day you see police officers without masks and not social distancing, yet there are no reports of them catching the virus, do they know something we don't?.

 

But then your average plod couldn’t catch a legless burglar on a staircase

 

Yes, they know that they haven't got the required PPE (gone to NHS first) and that they can't do their job whilst remaining 2m apart from both each other and the people they have to deal with
Once in work I have to interact with my colleagues in much the same way, when we're done then it's home and continue the social distancing. Only go into work when it's absolutely necessary to do so is the only mitigation we have available to us as well

 

I am not a copper by the way although Mrs V is employed by them

Well having a motorhome we normally book 4/5 or even six cheap holiday camp breaks away early in the year, this year was no difference, we lost one in march another in may and june but we have been informed our trip to lincolnshire in july can go ahead as planned !!! the particular holday park will however have reduced facilities, kids play area's closed(Bonus) no bar's or restaurants of other activities on site, but touring section will be open with toilet/ shower facilities, on site shop and launderette will be open, now ok that's not great but I'm so pissed with this lot a change of scenary I think will help, Bars closed to be honest no biggy I can get merry/pissed in the van (steady guys), I can go into town and use what shops is available there plus have access to the beach, so I'm gonna go for it, well that's the plan up to now.
We'll have to see how things progress till july so nowt set in stone, but brighter horizon no matter how DIM IT IS AT PRESENT,

Shocking Sandy, I refuse to use my van for Number two's owt else is fair game, I will use on site facilities, but will be trying my very best to keep safe and anyone offering to wipe my ass I will insist there hands are sanitized beforehand

Have some curry's and a few beers and safe distancing will not be a problem mate

 

@TEZ 217 my 12 meter caravan holds 45 gallons of #1 and #2. And another 45 gallons of shower and sink water. Don't need to rent a spot anywhere for a week or more of travel just pull into any parking lot, inquire inside if it's ok to take two spots the farthest away from the door.
