I sprayed them myself. Good old rattle can job just like the body work. But I used K2 clear to finish it off.
Just say what you mean, Jez. Don't hold back! Yes, I have access to several wooden spoons, thank you!
Been doing a few things to my car, machine polished, new alloys, painted the calipers, put a Remus poweriser on and a panel filter and de badged or and done a full service as well. It's now running 3million HP. and I recon it'll do the quarter mile in 6 seconds.
Thats looking feckin awsome Pete, a million dollars marra, Them horrible little twats next to you will have to be extra careful when kicking there footballs around and running around it PS - You've left badges on the wheels and on the grill - just saying
Always a bit difficult and sad to sell a bike that has been part of you and especially one that put you back on the roads! But when you have a tear in your eye, you can just go into the garage your 1050 ST and your Honda RC31will comfort you.
DD, if there wasn't an ocean between us it would be fun to fire up Dougal and the Bullit and go driving together! We could go "bumbling" around the countryside listening to classical music--at a low volume of course.
It's a tuning box, similar to a remap, it alters fuel rail, cam and turbo pressure sleightly, gives it a bit more bhp and torque. Also makes it more fuel efficient, for example my car doing my usual pottering around, has gone from 54 mpg to 63mpg. Power wise, I raced a horse and cart yesterday and beat it by a nose. The horse had 3.5 million hp well that's what it told me anyway.
As it was chucking it down here for most of this morning and afternoon I've been in the garage putting some chrome shocks on my Honda 550, in between strategic cups of tea! They aren't original, (the shocks not the tea bags) but look more in keeping than the black ones they replace.
Thanks DD, I’m pretty sure it’s your competitive nature and being able to rib them for not being able to keep up. Been cold but sunny, so great break. Looking forward to getting back to the bike now
What a lovely sight! I had 2 of those, 1 I managed to snap the cam chain of which made a bit of a mess and the other one I bought as a write off to make the 1st one Well again
