Braided Stainless Hose Set To Fit A 97 Sprint?

Hi Guys,

Happy lockdown to you all! Do you know if anyone supplies a set of braided hose upgrades that fits a 97 Sprint? I know I can pick them up individually on fleabay but wanted to know if they can be got as a set. Thanks!

 

I can't praise HEL highly enough, if I need any braided lines I usually try and call at their premises, just outside of Exeter, taking the old lines as a pattern.

They have always made up what I have wanted while I wait.

I would have thought a 97 sprint was braided OE. Are you 100% sure you have not got braided hose already? The OE hose although braided has black sleeveing around it

 

Goodridge Buildaline or Venhill Powerhose Plus.

Order the length of hose that you require and the fittings and banjo bolts for your calipers/master cylinders/splitters, then just screw the fittings to the hose and tighten them down in the correct orientation.

Save money by reusing the fittings if you change the 'bars and need a different length of hose.

Got Goodridge on my Trident, but as t552 said, the originals may be rubber coated braided hoses. I heard it may well be the case a couple of years after I fitted mine. My inner Yorkshireman was distraught and wouldn't speak to me for weeks afterwards!!

 

Easy tell. If approx 7mm dia braided.
If min dia is approx 10.5mm then rubber.
