My T100. I bought it for it’s looks as much as it’s performance. Just as well because it needed a little help in that area.. it’s had some tweaks now and, to my mind anyway, it looks like a Bonneville should and goes like one should. Job’s a good ‘un.

It’s got a Meercat X-pipe, TEC camshaft and a DNK TuneWorks ECU map. In addition it’s got a 39T rear sprocket, four piston Nissin front brake caliper, Ohlins shocks, Street Cup wheels. The stuff that makes it ‘useful’ are heated grips, centre stand, rear carrier and panniers. Bleedin’ thing’s cost me a fortune..
It’s in the Picos mountains of northern Spain. My absolute favourite place to ride a motorcycle. Another shot from the same location a couple of days earlier when we were above the clouds. The other bike is my son’s Street Triple R. That’s a fabulous bike for the mountains m with a huge spread of usable torque. Alas, my ageing body can’t cope with the riding position. But the T100 is supremely comfortable. Better to ride a comfy bike than have an uncomfortable one in the garage, eh?
JtC i have stolen your advice, i usually post pictures of my bikes in the ginnel/driveway of my house, but i have taken one from my local area (Kneesall) on my favourite road, from Wellow village to Newark Castle and back
Shaun, there was not a problem with the OEM suspension front & rear it is not about scratching for me if it was i would of bought a superbike. it was purely to improve the looks I have owned Aprilia's since the late 90s including Tuono factory/race models with the Ohlin's set up 4 in total 2 of which fell over whilst i was doing track days (Dreaming of being a pro racer) and i just love the aesthetics they give to a standard model motorcycle, As for the handling the front end it is noticeably better, i set the front end up to standard Speed Triple R 2016 settings and lowered them app 12mm extra through the yokes, the bike holds its line in a corner better and as you would expect from Ohlin's they absorb the uneven road surfaces better than OEM, i have had it on my favourite road with the ABS switched off and gave it a bit of a blast, up to the speed limit of course, well happy
Simon64ds - great looking bike. What rack/bag combination is that, may I ask ? Was thinking about some carrying capacity for my T120, but don't like the look of top boxes and that bag looks just right. Cheers
@newT120 The luggage rack is the Triumph accessory one. Fits the T100/T120. Available in chrome or black finish. The bag is actually intended for a Vespa scooter and comes from the SIP Scooter shop. Don’t worry, it doesn’t say Vespa on it! It’s a good bag, perfect fit for the Triumph rack. Has one large compartment and two side pockets. Easily holds a set of waterproofs, spare gloves, puncture kit and disc lock etc. Has a waterproof rain cap too. Hope that helps.
