Looks like something Allen Millyard might have created. He’s the guy that makes multi cylinder engined bikes. His latest creation, I think is a 6 cylinder Z1 Kawasaki.
Back in the 1960's there were a number of twin engine Ttiumphs and at least one Norton built for drag racing in the U.S. that I remember. I just have this one picture taken from an old hot rodding magazine. ...J.D.

On the actual performance motors, vs. the show motors, they swap around the intake and exhaust. Notice how close the carb is to the hot back engine and exhaust pipe. Not desirable. The current land speed record Triumph (2019) streamliner used twin Rocket 3 engines, although I don't think they are married block and all.
This stuff is from a time long gone when people worked with what they had. I was just a kid growing up in that era. The case casting must have taken a lot of work its an easy job to twin pre units but units well and as said it would have been better with reversed heads as the carb proximity to the really hot exhaust is going to kill performance and the back cylinders are going to run very hot...i suspect an engineering project as a display piece rather than anything practical.
Really liked the idea of a small compact sports car with twin rocket 3 engines. Saw a dual engined mini cooper on jay lenos garage and couldnt help but think using some tuned 300 hp rocket engines instead would have made for a crazy power to weight ratio.
Bring money.. Running 2300cc motors are about $2300 each on eBay. Stock output is about 150 HP (144 ft-lbs). You would have to gut the transmissions as the lower cases look monolithic. Finding a tranny that could be geared or chained into them may be a problem. This clearly would be a labor of love or art, as other motors would offer more performance. KTM Super Duke 1300cc makes 177hp (106 ft-lbs) for comparison, and a turbo VW GTI makes 220hp (285 ft-lbs) with 2000cc. The VW can be boosted to 250hp with a chip. But, hey.. If you got a dream and the fortitude to project, I suggest get a blank sheet of paper and start drawing. Good things may result.
There is still a twin engine old school bike, built for the street running around. It was built back in the old days and is still owned by it's original owner. I think it is here in S. California somewhere. Saw a video on the internet on it a while back. ...J.D.
