    I am really not expecting the race weekend to go ahead, even though club racing doesn’t get many spectators there are still more than 500 people present, so would be considered a mass public gathering. There is also the element of strain on medical services as race weekends tend to throw up major trauma cases due to crashes.:eek:

    Yeah bloody show off! To be honest mate was a first ride of the year on a new bike for me, I had a chat with the instructor who was in same garage as the suspension guy, he had done several Spanish winter events & this was 3rd UK event for him! Not saying he wasn’t quick mind, but there’s little substitute for seat time.

    Which is why I ended up having the race number, so as not to confuse anyone with different number on bike & lid, that’s gone out the window though as my new lid is a Cluzel rep complete with #16 ... can’t have that race number it’s already allocated... doh!

    Yes mate, love the Shoei NXR, really comfortable & they crash well, as tested by yours truly :eek: ... twice in the Marquez rep & it still passes race scrutineering :).
