Because it is too loud for quiet trackdays with the Yoshi fitted.

Is that with or without a baffle in?

Yikes, I was expecting it noisier than standard but assumed you meant baffle out.

Once went to Cadwell with some other forum members and the 675 in tow was ridiculously noisey.
Can you remember @Yorkshireman what the exhaust was?

Sorry Paul, I know it was on Lee’s bike and I could hear it above my “modified” twin arrows even with ear plugs. It was fairly short if I remember correctly, maybe an SC project, minus baffle?
He stopped the engine when we were in traffic in Bawtry then treated all and sundry to the delights of his rev limiter upon start up.

Yes youre right it was an SC project but I can't remember the model specifics unfortunately.
When he hit the rev limiter stood still near the shops the noise was ridiculous. I then stalled mine as couldn't hear mine doing anything.

Certainly scrubbing that model off the list but unfortunately the Yoshi here sounds (ignore the pun) to be going the same way. Is there a better baffle available for this can?

Not that I know of, but not really much point buying a free flowing exhaust and then strangling it with a huge baffle.
I am guessing no interest on here. I'll bung it on ebay then.

These Yoshi cans are fairly noisy with the baffle in, I had one on my 2019 765rs and again I put one on my 2020 rs, with the baffle out they are loud, as it only takes 20 minutes to take off the original exhaust and then putting the Yoshi on, personally I swap them over if on a track day as I like the sound of the Yoshi on the road. Fitting the Yoshimura exhaust does not affect the warranty.
