    Evening all

I was given a westlake X pipe as a Christmas present from squaredeals, I’ve just spent a few hours today with a mate fitting it and it’s blowing from both of the back pipes, the brackets are done up as tight as I thibk you’d want to do them.

so my question is has anyone experienced similar or is there some trick I’m missing?

having a beer now to drown me sorrows

Are you sure you don't need a gasket with them. Best to try and phone or mail the maker. On my bike I use some silicone around the pipes.

Thanks , I’ve given them a message just being inpatient on a reply o_O

Afterwards we both felt like there was something missing considering it was blowing both sides by a fair bit , other brands retain the original clamps on the rear bits, it was what concerned me watching YouTube while fitting it
