I am thinking about selling my sprint 1050 in tornado red full luggage colour coded with dark screen loud exhausts and mapped fender extender and hugger datatool alarm custom seat tank cover and tank bag its got about 4000 miles and is on an 11 plate I just wondered if you people could give me a fair asking price for it as I need to try to raise about £6000. it is in good order other than the gear lever is slightly bent and there is a small graze on the left panel which I have touched in it also has the r&g full protection and rad guard. Any sort of idea's would be welcome for some reason I can't put a picture on here but if any one need a photo to judge I can mail it. the crash bobbins on there are now gone and replaced by the full r&g system for the whole bike.

How you doin joe with your sprint, seems impolite not to respond. Very difficult to sell anything this time of year unless it's christmas trees and chocolate santa's. Best leave it untill spring.

Not a problem and really I am not in any rush. Just wondered what the people on here thought. I find this machine very tall and have had three 955i's previously and loved them so I am thinking of finding a low miles one again. I do like this one but just prefer the 955i. I find I ride my Bonneville more these days the 2010 model but don't want to use it in the winter. Thanks for the message's.

Hi Joe, if the main issue is the height of the 1050 why don't you look into a lower seat or lowering the suspension?

I do like the sound of the boots but I am not changing my name to Elton. And yes the Dave I did think of the lowering idea but I would still prefer the 955i.
    Thanks chaps
    Joe.
