    Hi mate, it's not really a dealer job. The plug (if yours is the same as mine) is already there in place, all it requires is that you purchase the socket - see pic - push the plug onto the back of the socket,screw the socket to the nearest bolt and you're done.

    This is the factory plug:

    Hi Kostas, the only opinion I have is, unless you are absolutely forced to have one, don't have one. They perform no useful function because they won't stop your bike being stolen and can cause battery drain and frustration.

    If it's theft protection you're after, in my opinion you're far better off with mechanical protection such as chains and plates bolted to the concrete floor.

    If it's your insurance company asking company asking for the alarm/immobiliser, suggest "Security Marking" as an alternative. This is where the bike is marked in various places and information kept on a nationwide database.
