    Hi,

I have a stupid but annoying issue.

I ride my T100 to work and back daily through the year and I use a protector to avoid marking my shoe with the gearshift. If you know these type of protectors, they wrap around your shoe with a wide rubber stripe.

The issue is this rubber stripe has no grip on the bottom side and you can easily slip your foot when stopping the bike with risk of falling it. This is always like that and much more probable on wet floor.

Any of you had the same issue? Any potential DIY or market available option?

    Thxs!

I leave my shoes at the office and wear my bike boots on the way in

Have seen neoprene/rubber covers for the actual gear lever itself, just a sleeve to protect your shoes.

That rubber shifter sock recommended by MrOrange works. Had one on each of the bikes i’ve had in the past decade. You could get one that glows in the dark too!

Wear boots. Carry shoes in back pack or leave a pair at work.

Thanks to all of you for your kind suggestions! I think I will need to make up my mind soon or later to leave some shoes at work... For sure in summer when I have to wear boots all day long.

    Thxs again!
