During my winter deep clean I will be attempting to tidy up my Sprint GT exhaust headers which are rusting. Anyone know if the headers are Stainless or Mild Steel and secondly any advice on cleaning methods. Thanks
Harpic Power Plus Max 10, but be careful it is hyrochloric acid, don't get it on any chrome, painted or plastic surfaces. If your headers arn't too badly rusted you may not have to leave it on, just wipe them with the Harpic applied to a cloth, in my experience it works immediately. And an opposing opinion...
