Fitted pod style K and N filters to the TTR today. Not a big job. Unfortunately it wont be until the Spring before I will see how they are in operation. Still according to K and N they should be good for 50000 miles before they need cleaned and reoiled. Doubt if I will be able to test their 1000000 mile warranty !.

I'm 1/8 the of the way through my K&N warranty ? Done 128,000 klms and no issues yet !! My 2009 Triumph Bonneville America is still going strong . You may need to fit a power commander so you can tune the motor to get the most out of your set up . My set up wait there's a long list :- big bore kit (905cc) air box totally gutted out K&N filter , AIS stripped out , No Oxygen sensors , Short open mufflers (Foran's) and a Dynamo meter run to program the ECU ! 51 HP std trim (865 EFI) now 75 HP+ with green heavy duty spring's in the clutch , as the std one's would slip when I am towing my camper.
I bought them direct from K and N . RU-2560 clamp on filter. I bought the cleaning kit from Carparts4less. The 99-5050 kit is only £9.96
