Having owned my Speed Triple for just over a month now I thought it was time to do a few wee jobs to tidy it up a bit.The bike itself is in great condition for its age and has been very well maintained by its previous owner who had it for 7 years.Today I decided to fit the Scorpion low exhaust that came with the bike.Cleaned up the rear end a bit by removing the unused passenger foot rests
I also found the Givi tank bag locking ring from my old 1050 Tiger fitted the Speed triple so that was duly fitted too.Cleaned the bike from top to bottom too.Just need to look into the reflash for the exhaust.

Thanks guys I’m really impressed by how tidy the rear end looks now.(maybe needs to go in the babes and bikes thread)
Must say I’m really impressed by the bike in general compared to my last two BMW`s this is much lighter and more of what I need in a bike.
Possibly thinking of going for gold wheels over the winter ...any thoughts ??Anyone done the gold wheels on a black bike look ?

You can get bungs, I got mine from eBay, genuine Triumph part. Also fitted the belly pan so not quite the same now, but a cracking bike nonetheless

Not sure if it's the camera angle but that gold rear wheel looks big compared to the rest of the bike.

Waiting for it to be delivered. Its got underseat arrow cans on there at the moment, but the lowboy cans look mega  did you have to reflash ecu?
    Is it much louder?

Hi Stevie, my Scorpion can is street legal, no ecu adjustments are required. I like the sound, louder than stock but it’s not overly loud. It does have a removable baffle if you want more noise, but you might need to change the map if you want to leave it out. It’s a lovely bike, hope you enjoy yours
