You could try a Sichuan Hot Pot. I had that in Chengdu, and it consists of a cauldron sized wok fillled with hot oil and thousands of chillies infusing the oil. You then proceed to deep fry all manner of animal parts in it. Definitely ring burner material!

The dude who runs this company used to live round the corner from where I lived. I had a bottle of 10 min burn in the fridge at work and would add it to my beans/soup/sarnies to pep them up a little... loved offering it around. The company does hotter sauces...
