    What's your favorite? Mine is a big bowl of leche de tigre good for a two hour high. Or a big plate of fresh dark jalapeno covered corn chips topped with microwave melted sharp cheddar. Five alarm chili or gumbo is great also.

    On this side of The Pond for needless pain and utterly pointless machismo we normally resort to a phall. I used to work for a bloke who would emerge from his stall ashen faced and with fingernail holes punched through the edge of his morning newspaper. Nowadays you just wouldn’t risk a tablet.....

    You could try a Sichuan Hot Pot. I had that in Chengdu, and it consists of a cauldron sized wok fillled with hot oil and thousands of chillies infusing the oil. You then proceed to deep fry all manner of animal parts in it.
    Definitely ring burner material! :Do_O

    Yep 110 here yesterday, after handling chilli's you always wash your hands, you learn that after rubbing your eyes or taking a piss

    Hell no, you wash hands prior to touching anything. Justin Wilson is correct red pepper good, black peppers iratates the innards.

    The dude who runs this company used to live round the corner from where I lived. I had a bottle of 10 min burn in the fridge at work and would add it to my beans/soup/sarnies to pep them up a little... loved offering it around.

    The company does hotter sauces... I personally like my own homemade version of 5 alarm chilli... cook it and leave for 3 days in the fridge, then reheat with appropriate carbohydrates... I don’t get to make it often
