    Hi all.

To stop thieves hammering screwdrivers into the ignition switch and just turn it on and ride off (having cut the locks off) I’m going to fit a MotoGadget keyless start.

Question: The MotoGadget has 3 wires, +12v -12v and Starter Trigger. The Speed has 6 of which I assume some are for lights? Can anyone tell me which colour wires do what in the Speeds plug?

Looking for one of those pin diagrams but no luck.

I do but I'm not great at reading them. What I'd love is a sketch of the pins in the plug with each annotated.

They want my bike - I've had 6 bikes stolen in the last 3 years. Triumphs are known for shitty weak ignition barrels / locks. I don't have the immobiliser but I pull the main fuses every night plus chuck an Almax chain on it and additional D-Lock. But when I'm out and about, the keyless will replace the key barrel so at first glance - there is no way to start it.

Anyway, diagram was the question so would appreciate that info if poss.

    Okay. Good to know.

Can anyone tell me what the pins / wire colours on the ignition plug do?

    Cheers.
