Don't stop now - keep going north. North Cape hopelessly overpriced and amazingly bleak. Not a bit like Suffolk, er hold on ........
Just seen you posts. The trip looks awesome, some great pictures and memories building there. Keep the commentary coming..
We are now in Denmark having caught a ferry from Gothenburg to Fredrikshavn. So today we came down the west coast of Denmark, north to south ending in Germany at Flensburg. The coast line very much reminded us of Suffolk, big skies and windy, rolling dunes. We went on the east side of Denmark on the way up to Norway but the west side is much more Interesting and as ever great well kept roads.

Oops, have to say would not want to do it twice in a day, 270 miles. Most days have been between 200-300 all very doable in our 18th day now physically Anita and myself had not had issues apart from ass pain when we have been on bike up to 2hrs between stops but that has only been a few times.
I hear ya on the bottom pain. Its the same for me after a similar amount of time. I usually end up standing up for a while whilst riding along but the relief doesn't last long. Just woken up thinking it was early morning as its quite light out, only to discover its 1:30am.
Home safe, last few days travelling through Germany and Holland, plenty of road blocks to challenge your route finding abilities. We did approx 3500 miles over 16 days with 3 non-riding days a mega trip in every sense for us. Final interesting moments were the Arnhem bridge and visited the museum attached to it, then the final wow factor for me was the motorway around Rotterdam, 14 lanes at one point, it was a sight to behold and be on. The Triumph America was faultless not one issue ☺
