Sup everyone, im Baron and i ride and tinker (mostly tinker with) my 97 Daytona T595. Im not very well versed in the ways of the triple and am a bit of a mechanical hand grenade! I thought id jump into a forum to try and ask for assistance from folk with a much better understanding of the cons of owning my pride and joy. Greetings to you all!

Indeed, spent 3 years with the team. Profile photo was at this years reunion, one of the lads brought an old circa 1970s Trumpet with the foot controls on the wrong sides, was a proper mad ride! Did 18yrs with the sigs, im obviously out now.

I am proud, it was a sad day, went to the last ever show. I done a tour of Sierra Leone with 2 Para, D coy. Big up to the Paras like, pure soldiers through and through. I have an album of my Daytona in the Gallery. Me and the missus have been pimping it up for a while. Money troubles keep it a long project. I have an exhaust bracket to make this month, ive made a template but the ally was too thin to work full time, gotta be responsible and make a stronger one. I also have decals and what not to sort out, but its getting there. From red racer to satin black in no less than a year lol

I see you've got a cruise control on the throttle, it's the same as mine and I couldn't ride without it, my fingers don't go numb anymore since I fitted it.

yep, broke my neck and my arms were paralysed for a while, physiod myself to death till I could lift a bike again (moved away from cruisers and chose lighter bikes lol) the throttle boss was pennies for three on Wish. A worth while buy as you don’t get wankers cramp if your riding for hours.
