Really good. Once I got into it really enjoyed the ride. Had the odd stint on the motorway to cover the miles which she just ate up, but once on the A/B roads she was a dream to ride. Really enjoyed it and she didn't miss a beat. Managed to get 160 miles between a petrol stop but that made me twitchy, and still only managed to put 11.5 litres in. Big safety margin on the fuel I think. Once in France and running around with the wife on the back she was great. I know it's not built for touring but she is certainly very capable. May go for a small screen just to add a bit of cover, even if limited but I would certainly recommend a trip...If nothing else it makes you feel very smug when every biker and non biker stops to pass comment on how nice the bike looks and sounds.
It was 90 down to 80 and 99% of the road signs were changed !! It's ironic that now the government - in light of the gilets jaunes protests - have decided to leave departmental speed limits to local government, which will almost certainly be back up to 90 kph.
