Be aware; Disc bolts are a one time item, they should be replaced if removed.

My warranty rear wheel came with a packet of new ones due to this reason from the factory.

Slight vibration at very low speed braking has got worse through the day.

Before doing anything too drastic nick her nail varnish remover * (acetone) or buy a new bottle dead cheap from the pound shop. Buff discs and pads alike with fine wet and dry, clean off with acetone and replace. You may just have glazed something irregularly that is setting up the vibration.
If the discs are within thickness tolerance then check for runout. Floaters?

    * proprietary brake cleaner if you’re posh!

Usually a sign of lack of fibre in your diet. :D
But about the discs check the buttons are free to move, use brake cleaner and spin the button by jamming a large flat blade screwdriver in and turning it back and forth. Try that before shelling out for new discs.
Check for “run out” by raising the wheel and spinning it observing whether or not it is running true. A check on an mot brake tester could show if the disc is warped but if you have to change them do so in pairs.

Brake discs in pairs are the equivalent of an axle set, you wouldn't replace the brakes on one side of a car.... :)

Bloody expensive though, aren't they? Got quite a shock when trying to find a rear disc for my lads gpz....

I used to work with a guy who did change pads only on one side of his car. Obviously much p*ss taking ensued until he bowed to peer pressure :joy:

LOL! Gots to admit though, it's kind of preferable to stop in a straight line.....

My neighbour years ago did similar, asked me to go out in the car with him, hit the brakes, and it dives off towards the ditch... "should it do that?" he says...

"Yeah, course it should, it's for braking in left hand bends....."

Be mindful due to changes in chemical compositions to save the world and protect the idiots on-board :scream:: unamused: not all nail varnish remover is now acetone based. Check the label.

if you change your discs, a bit of heat on the bolts may save you chewing up the hex in the bolt when trying to loosen them.

@Sprinter the heat feckless advises de-bonds the stud lock material on the current bolts. It doesn't need to be glowing but too hot to touch.
