Looking to get my modified 2007 Carb 865 Speedmaster dyno tuned to ensure proper fuelling and also interested in what power/torque it is putting down after the HC pistons and 790 cams.

Anyone used and can recommend a tuner with dyno close to Thurrock?

I have done a search and Essex Performance centre are pretty close!!

    I can recommend T3 racing.
Had my speed triple dyno ed there recently. Tony Scott has in depth knowledge of triumphs and a lot of experience. I am very pleased with what his guys have done for me.
Also had a squiz at his Gemini custom speed triple while there. Gorgeous.
Dunno what you call “close” but T3 is a hell of a lot nearer to you than it is to me.

Thanks Taff, They do look top notch, but I wonder if my low tech Carb plodder needs that kind of attention?
Will probably talk to Essex Performance and see what they have to offer?

Seems a bit daft to ask for recommendations and then just go with the ones you searched and were going to anyway : unamused:: unamused:

You may be right HV, but in the vids all they seemed to talk about were remaps etc, guess I am looking for old tech; not chosen but with only one recommendation it is basically toss of a coin or 2 phone calls!!

Id make a few calls and discuss your needs if I were you Mr Wishbone.
I found T3 very knowledgable. They personalised the ecu map for my speed triple but they could just as well tune the carbs for yours on the rolling road.
I guess Essex could do the same? but I have never heard of them.
    Best of luck with it.
I’m sure a custom tune (ecu map or bespoke carb tune) will optimise your bike so you won’t regret it.
Let us know how it goes?
I have a Meriden Triumph I’d love to carb tune on a rolling road to see what I can get out of it.
