Any advice on which dealer to buy from.

Im looking at buying a new Speedmaster or America and possibly trading my Buell ( if they offer a sensible trade in ). So I have at least three dealers relatively close to me. North London Triumph , who I think are Jack Lilley. Ongar motorcycles in Great Dunmow and Laguna. triumph in Maidstone.
A friend bought a Tiger from North London and is happy with the service. Ongar I've heard horror stories about but spoke to another chap who was very happy with the Bonneville he got from them.
Any recommendations please ?

Did you find a dealer in the end? I use Carl Rossner in Sanderstead. They've been there since the 60. I found them easy and pleasant to deal with when I was buying, and also later when I had a small electrical problem with the bike.

I know that they have a bit of a bad reputation but I've just bought my Bonneville from Metropolis & the guy there (Richard Sale) couldn't have been more helpful (& did a good deal!).

I think that maybe they've realised that they've been getting a kicking online & have decided to up their game as they were very keen to make sure that I was happy with everything.

Bought my Speed Triple from North City Romford. Excellent service from Ken (sales) and no complaints for serviceing-promptly completed and got choice of loan bike as well.

shopped around looking for a deal and walked out of Ongar when the sales guy started taking pi** out of my other bike

Jack Lilley get my recommendation and i'd buy there again!
