'55 Tiger 100 Engine Rebuild

    Hi folks. Starting restoration on this, and interested if anyone has any recommendations for someone to help with the engine rebuild. I'll be doing a lot of the job myself but I think the engine is probably beyond my competence.
    Also I'm based in Bristol, but so far the people I've found are in Yorkshire, Cambridge and Aberystwyth. Someone a bit closer would be good

    Pretty simple engine to rebuild, just post up anything your unsure of and there are plenty here who know these old engines.

    Hi. I'm thinking I'd be better off getting someone professional to do at least the crankcase/bottom end. Bike has 65k miles on it and as far as I'm aware has never been stripped down so I'm anticipating new bearings and camshaft bushes. The latter at least I think will give me some challenges. Hence looking for someone with a good reputation
