Had a delivery of a engine filler plug which was marked around the fin area. So I emailed them for a refund and had no reply. Telephoned them, left a message and still no response. Does this sound out any messages
I had no problems sending back a chainguard that was bought at a sale price. Just said send it back and got a full refund.
I have had good service from Squaredeals. Had an issue with a stator, sent it back a month later no problems
Another positive here. I've only had one order from them but they were fine. My order was missing one of the small items. I called them and the item was dispatched the same day.
I’ve had loads of dealings with them and have had 2 issues 1: a tail tidy tail light bracket snapped I phoned to ask if they sold the individual parts for it and they replaced the whole thing free of charge. 2: they sent me a part which didn’t fit, mix up between two models, they then sent me the right one before receiving the one I returned
Right, just got off the phone with Frank. Very nice bloke. He has issues with their message page on the website and hardly any messages get through to them. So its best to call them. Job done.

I bought the plug and play Lucas style rear light and indicator set, it arrived with no harness, and the indicators had smoked lenses not the amber that I ordered, spoke to Frank and they arrived very quickly, no problems. Very helpful is Frank.
