hi Dave, your bike looks good! I am now considering a seat change for my Street Cup with a view to taking a pillion sometimes. I have seen the British Customs Slammer seat which looks good but is pricey at about £350. I can pick up a Street Twin seat for about £120. Do you know if the Street Twin seat is a simple straight swap for the Cup seat? So I could swap it out really quickly? (nb I don’t have a grab rail)
Do you know if the riders seat height has changed from the original Cup seat?

Welcome in Dave. Enjoy your new ride and remember to always be safe! I took a bit to get used to the same difference, coming from A Harley myself. I am loving my 06 Scrambler. Enjoy the ride!

Hi, the street twin seat is a straight swop, takes seconds. I haven’t noticed any difference in the seat height when riding.

Welcome from sunny California. I am also new to Triumph and have a new Street Twin. I had a larger V-Star that I sold, but now enjoy the smaller bike.

    My old and new bikes.
