Odd, I have never felt the urge to fixate only one bap, but try to share my time and nibble equally between a pair. Can’t have a favourite can you?
You have two the same one day, and a different two the same the next day. This could go on for quite some time with different pairs until all on offer have been sampled. Then you can make a decision as to which you prefer, or just go through the whole rigmarole again to confirm your initial thoughts. When I was truck driving we had a customer for float glass in St. Austell, Cornwall. Once the frame with the glass sheets had been dropped off for unloading, there was time to wander through Tesco's car park and across the road to the bakers' shop where I would buy four (two fine pairs) Cornish pasties. The first one was eaten as a late breakfast. The second one was eaten when I had parked up for the night on the return journey. The other two would actually make it back to the yard/loading point, to be picked up by SWMBO and then frozen/refrigerated until I made it home. Real Cornish pasties .... YUMMY!
I bow in awe at your expertise - I recognise now that I am a novice. There’s a level of thoroughness you have, a tried and practiced acquisition and consumption distributed across time and geography that ensure one pair doesn’t interfere with the enjoyment of another - thus permitting maximum satisfaction and minimal belly ache. Are we talking about the same thing here? It’s getting a ‘bit’ oblique...
Dunno!! I lost the plot hours ago - well, years ago actually, but I've perfected the art of covering up my inadequacies, so hopefully I can appear normal in most situations.
Bushe cafe blackbushe airfield Only stopped for a cup of tea but great location and some good roads around to get to it by, wish I hadn’t eaten earlier as they had eggs benedict which is one of my faves. They do polish dishes as well as the usual cafe stuff
I'll stick with M thanks! That cake was made from Rice Crispeys - they're just full of air so no weight gain!
Just for you Dave, I'll take a before, during and after eating picture next time (or take crispey along as a witness!)
