After some advice. I need to upgrade the springs to compensate for my weight as I cant get the sag right. I am 18 stone. I have been offered a new ohlins ttx still boxed for a 2015 R speed triple. I am trying to find out if this will fit the 2017 S model. If it does I will get this re-sprung and the forks.

Thanks for any advise you can offer.

I was offered this new shock at a stupidly low price. Its also easier to adjust. From what I have been reading it should fit as there are very little differences with the frame and swingarm from 2015 to 2017 bikes. Just wondered if any one else has tried.

Well, if its Ohlins at a stupidly low price you have nothing to lose
as you can sell it if any issues. I don't think Triumph would change the
fit of the rear shock between the standard version and Ohlins so probably
    a pretty safe bet.
You could contact an Ohlins stockist to confirm
