I have been fascinated by triumph since before I started riding and now, after a year of learning on a Kawasaki, I have switched over to a black 2014 Bonneville. I Live in Salt Lake City so I can't wait to take this thing out to the Salt Flats where it earned its name. Pictures soon to come, we've been very cold and rainy lately.
Sounds great! You'll be waiting for the weather to improve though? Plenty of photos would be really appreciated! Curly
Here it is seen hiding from the snow in my garage. I got cocky and took it to work last night, but I guess I entered a turn a bit quick on some wet road. Got throw over the handlebars and scratched up the right side in a couple spots. I suspect the handle bars might be slightly unaligned as well, what is the best way to determine/fix that?
Damage isn't too bad. Turn signal is beat up and some scratching on the headlight faceplate and exhaust. Looks like it might be very slightly off.
I have had a chance to take it out again and it rode fine. Next warm day I think I just need to loosen the front fork clamps and twist it back to center ever so slightly.
