    Hi mate and welcome
There’s a tyre section in here and a bonneville section which would be worth a look

Welcome Hans. I put Avon Roadriders on my Street Twin - they work well.

I am a big fan of Michelin Pilot Activs on new and old Bonnies. I assume yours is 100/90 18 and 150/70 17? Track cleanly over imperfections, wear well and rain confident.

Thats great just what I wanted. Other than that its a fantastic bike. Its taken me to Spain twice and Portugal though France. My brother and I are off to Gallipoli next year. That should be a hoot.

Michelin PR4/5: quick warm up time which is essential at this time of year.
My sons mate took his Metz shod Fazer 1000 out on Saturday and gave it too much beanz early in ride-- result broken wrist and elbow as well as a slightly scraped bike.

Don't think it would have happened with Pilot Roads!!

    Or the wisdom of years......

Experience can be painfully bought. Wish him a speedy recovery.

Thanks Guys it wasn't my son was his mate but he will likely learn from it.
Pain is long remembered in the learning process something the modern generations backsides didn't benefit from;)
